Seller refers to floreson.com – the person to whom the purchase order was placed. Buyer refers to the person or organisation placing the order.
Goods or services refer to the products for which the buyer has placed an order with the seller.
Payment
We use PayPal as our credit card payment processor and gateway. We accept all credit card brands that are accepted by PayPal. Payment can be made either by using PayPal or by any accepted credit card brands by PayPal including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Maestro, Venmo.
Floreson.com only accepts online transactions through our website at this time. In order to place an order, a customer must enter their shipping and billing information at checkout. After clicking Complete Order the customer will immediately be charged for their purchase. A purchase confirmation email will be sent immediately following the purchase. A shipping notification email will be sent 1-2 business days following purchase. This shipping notification will include a tracking number for the package.
Refund
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
