Shipping cost to USA

We offer free shipping to USA on all orders.

Shipping time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping courrier

We proudly offer USA shipping via USPS First Class! Please note order processing time is typically 1-2 business days.

Once your order has shipped, the estimated delivery time is between 3 to 5 business days. Please consider any holidays that might impact delivery times.

Please note: Your order may split into multiple shipments. If this occurs, you will be notified and receive a tracking number for each separate shipment.

Check order status

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@floreson.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Delivery to multiple addresses

We do not offer the shipment to multiple addresses for a single order. If you would like items delivered to multiple addresses, please place those orders separately.

Delivery to PO boxes or military APO/FPO addresses

Yes, we can send shipments to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses.

VAT / taxes

Items are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) and we do not collect VAT (Value Added Taxes). All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package.

Returns, refunds and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in anyway, please email us as soon as possible at info@floreson.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work to wards a satisfactory solution.
